Pairing started with a simple question: why do we drink coffee and wine in totally different places? Both are complex, farmed, fermented, and endlessly interesting. Both deserve food. Both deserve company.
We opened on Driggs Ave to be a neighborhood spot that works at 8am with a cortado and a croissant, and just as well at 6pm with a glass of orange wine and a cheese plate. No pretense. Just good things alongside each other.
Every coffee and wine comes from people who care deeply about what they grow.
Plants everywhere, good light, no rush. Stay as long as you like.
